Who can become a Ringover Affiliate?
We encourage you to apply to our affiliate program if you are a software reviewer, content creator, online educator, or marketplace partner with a solution that integrates with Ringover. If you create tech content that targets business professionals across any sector, you are likely a great fit for our program.
Do I need to have a personal connection with my referral?
All referrals submitted must be individuals known to you.
What is a qualified referral?
The referral must:
- Not be a current Ringover customer.
- Not be in our active sales pipeline or partner pipeline.
- Commit to a subscription of at least 12 months.
- Channel & Technology Partners with revenue share contracts, including their employees, are not eligible for the affiliate program.

Do I need to be a Ringover customer?
While we encourage you to use Ringover, being a customer is not a prerequisite for joining our affiliate program. Signing up and participating as an affiliate is entirely free.
How do I receive my rewards?
You will be able to redeem your reward once your referral has completed their first month billing cycle.
For affiliates who’ve opted for money transfers, rewards are allocated at the end of each quarter and can be redeemed within 30 days. Conditions apply, contact us for more information.
What types of rewards do I receive?
You can can choose from any of the following reward options below:
- Amazon gift card
- Donation to charity
- Panopli goodies
How many referrals can I provide?
There is no limit to the number of referrals, but there is a reward cap value of $2500 per person/company per year.
What do the different terms in my affiliate dashboard mean?
- Confirmed: The referral has become a Ringover client (Closed Won deal in our CRM).
- Pending: The referral is being handled by our sales team.
- Ineligible: The referral has not converted into a Ringover client for one or more factors.
What is the difference between a Ringover Affiliate Partner and a Channel Partner?
Our Affiliate Program is for current customers, businesses and content creators who want to monetize their content and make paid recommendations. Affiliates promote Ringover to their audience through content like blog posts, videos or a podcast or just by simply sharing their affiliate link with their colleagues, friends and network. They are not required to support client referrals during the sale process.
Our Channel Partners are usually consultants, agencies, or other service providers who work 1:1 with their clients to help them discover, implement and grow with Ringover. They are heavily involved in closing the deal, and so are rewarded differently to Affiliate Partners. Learn more about our Channel Partner Program here.
