Should my phone be on MMS or SMS?
SMS and MMS are useful for different purposes. MMS are the best option if you need to send non-text content, such as videos or photos. SMS are preferable (and usually cheaper) when sending messages that are exclusively text. For example, if you need to regularly send interview reminders, meeting confirmations, or other short and time-sensitive notifications, SMS is the more affordable and practical choice.
How do I enable MMS messaging?
Access your phone's settings, then use the settings search function to look for MMS. Select it, then if you see the tab next to MMS is grey or unselected, tap it to turn on MMS.
