A complete guide

You need a more complete solution

eVoice has four different packages to choose from, all offering different features. They offer a very basic plan that could be interesting for individual entrepreneurs. It is a good solution to manage incoming calls and provide customer support when starting your business. However, as your business grows you will need to find a more comprehensive solution to manage your calls. You may want to find a more complete solution from the start so you do not have to change providers.

Pros

eVoice is a good solution for individual entrepreneurs.

Cons

eVoice is not a comprehensive option and you may have to search for another solution as your business grows.

You need more affordable pricing

The entry level package that eVoice offers may seem inviting at $14 per month, but it only includes 300 calling minutes per month, which is very limited for managing your company’s calls. You may quickly feel the need to upgrade to their more comprehensive package, which is $79.99 per month, if you want at least 2 hours of calls per day. eVoice may get your foot in the door with their limited package, but you may soon find out a higher package is needed.

Pros

eVoice offers an affordable entry level package.

Cons

Their entry level package could quickly become inadequate and draw you into a greater financial commitment.

You need something easy to use and set up

Business communication has a history of being complicated. It is important to choose a modern solution that is easy to start and simply to use. You should be able to set up a cloud phone system in 3 to 5 minutes and a more advanced contact center solution within 15 minutes. If this is not the case with eVoice, it would be best to look for another provider so you don’t waste time in complex implementation.
